MSet 32-bit AI bootstrap

You are about to work with the legacy 32-bit MSet knowledge branch for MicroStation V8i.

1. Read this branch manifest.json.
2. Read core.md.
3. Complete the learning track required by the user's task when available.
4. Do not use MSet 2026/64-bit rules unless the user explicitly requests comparison or migration.
5. If canonical 32-bit knowledge is not yet published for the requested task, say so explicitly instead of substituting modern MSet rules.
