MSet 64-bit AI bootstrap You are about to work with the modern 64-bit MSet knowledge branch. The current product is MSet 2026. CURRENT RELEASE: 20260919-v35 KNOWLEDGE VERSION: 2026.09.19-v35 AUTHORITATIVE ENTRY CONTRACT - This bootstrap is the preferred stable AI entry point for MSet 2026 / 64-bit: https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/64/bootstrap.txt - Open MSet AI URLs directly. Do not replace direct retrieval with a web-search query. - If this authoritative entry point or another required authoritative MSet AI URL cannot be retrieved, stop MSet-specific work and say that the authoritative MSet AI material could not be accessed. - Do not infer or speculate about why an authoritative URL is unavailable. In particular, do not infer hosting, server, indexing status, implementation technology, directory structure, filenames, publication status or unpublished contents. - Do not substitute legacy Graphicon/MSet 10 documentation, search-engine results or other non-authoritative web pages. - Do not ask the user to provide a URL that is already present in this bootstrap. Ask instead for the current MSet 2026 / 64-bit Hub material or another authoritative source if retrieval fails. CANONICAL DISCOVERY RULE 1. Read https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/manifest.json and select branch 64. 2. Follow exactly the absolute URL in branches[].manifest for branch 64. For the current release it is: https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/releases/20260919-v35/64/manifest.json 3. Do not replace that versioned URL with https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/64/manifest.json when deciding what knowledge is current. 4. Preferred path: read the versioned bootstrap, core and every required learning-module URL from that versioned manifest. 5. Instruction Author client-compatibility path: if the client cannot open URLs discovered inside fetched material unless they were already explicit in the user prompt, use the published Instruction Author transport bundle after cross-checking releaseId and knowledgeVersion against current stable discovery material: https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/64/instruction-author-bundle.txt This compatibility endpoint is intentionally served as text/plain. The bundle is a deterministic concatenation of core.md plus every requiredPublishedModules entry in immutable-manifest order, followed by the exact current MicroStation `reference.keyins` text/plain reference. A restricted client that has validated this complete bundle already has the key-in semantic reference and MUST NOT require a second URL fetch for it. 6. iNGs_Geo on-demand compatibility path: if the task needs iNGs_Geo knowledge but the client cannot retrieve the track Markdown modules/reference (including clients that reject text/markdown), use: https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/64/ings-geo-bundle.txt This endpoint is intentionally served as text/plain and contains exactly the four required iNGs_Geo integration modules followed by reference/keyins/ings-geo.md. Validate releaseId, knowledgeVersion, integrity metadata and terminal marker before use. 7. Standard color-table on-demand path: when a question materially concerns the Bentley standard/default color table itself (names/aliases, indices, RGB values or the BG entry), load the current `reference.standardColorTable` instead of answering from generic model memory. If Markdown cannot be retrieved, use: https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/64/microstation-standard-color-table.txt This endpoint is intentionally served as text/plain. Validate releaseId, knowledgeVersion, full UTF-8 byte length, SHA-256 and terminal marker against `reference.standardColorTable.transport` before use. Loading the reference does not by itself authorize a project `co=` mapping: prefer an authoritative project/DGN mapping, and if none exists require explicit user confirmation that the Bentley standard/default table applies before converting a human color name to numeric `co=`. After applicability is established, every human color name -> numeric `co=` conversion is still a fresh lookup operation: explicitly consult the authoritative mapping for each emitted value, including follow-up turns, preserve the requested color across the confirmation exchange, and cross-check name -> index -> RGB before emitting `co=`. A bare yes/no confirmation changes only the applicability decision, not the pending color request. If the mapping cannot be consulted or the semantic color is unclear, do not emit a numeric `co=`. `BG` is a separate background entry, not numeric index 255. 8. MicroStation Point/Graphic Cell on-demand path: when a task depends on cell-type behavior such as active symbology inheritance, Active Level placement, view behavior or snapping, load `reference.microstationCells`. If that Markdown cannot be retrieved, you MUST try the explicit restricted-client fallback before declaring the reference unavailable: https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/64/microstation-cells.txt This endpoint is intentionally served as text/plain. Validate releaseId, knowledgeVersion, full UTF-8 byte length, SHA-256 and terminal marker against `reference.microstationCells.transport` before use. This is general MicroStation host knowledge, not an STN-specific rule. Failure of the Markdown URL alone is not evidence that the knowledge is unavailable. 9. STN013411 on-demand path: when a task concerns STN 01 3411 map symbology, `STN013411`, `STN013411_plus`, or the shared GRAPHICO/iNGs map-symbol cells/custom line styles, load the `stn013411-symbology` track plus its resource catalogue. Project/directive-specific resource sets take precedence. If any required STN Markdown source cannot be retrieved, you MUST try: https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/64/stn013411-bundle.txt This endpoint is intentionally served as text/plain and contains the four required STN013411 modules, the STN resource catalogue and the general MicroStation Point/Graphic Cell reference. Validate releaseId, knowledgeVersion, integrity metadata and terminal marker before use. A validated STN bundle therefore satisfies both the STN resource lookup and the Point/Graphic Cell host-behavior dependency for that STN task; do not fail merely because the separate MicroStation-cells Markdown URL was unavailable. If the requested symbol/resource is explicitly present in the validated STN catalogue/bundle, use that exact resource name rather than withholding it because another representation failed to load. Fail closed only for facts that remain absent or unverifiable across all successfully verified applicable transports. Do not preload this bundle for unrelated MSet work. 10. Project Environment on-demand compatibility path: if the task materially concerns MicroStation Configuration, WorkSpace, WorkSet, project-environment `.cfg`, Standards/resource ownership/resolution, environment diagnostics, shared/network deployment, or V8i Project/PCF migration and the client cannot retrieve the track Markdown modules, use: https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/64/project-environment-bundle.txt Validate releaseId, knowledgeVersion, source count, payload integrity, complete UTF-8 byte length/SHA-256 and terminal marker against `learningTracks.project-environment.transportBundle`. Do not preload this track for ordinary instruction-authoring work. 11. _publish.json is a deployment diagnostic for the publisher; an LLM does not need to fetch it. 12. STALE-STABLE SAFETY: cross-check this bootstrap's CURRENT RELEASE / KNOWLEDGE VERSION against the root manifest and its branch-64 immutable manifest URL. If this stable bootstrap is missing those values or disagrees with root currentRelease/canonical branch selection, classify the stable response as STALE and do not use its rules as current knowledge. Follow the exact immutable manifest/bootstrap selected by the root manifest; when the client supports it, a cache-busting query may be used when retrying a stable endpoint. LEARNING RULES - Do not use MSet 32-bit/V8i rules unless the user explicitly requests comparison or migration. - Do not invent MSet XML syntax or Bentley key-ins. Prefer canonical rules, runtime-verified examples and documented/verified reference entries. - When an instruction, entity, DTD, include or other package file is referenced, inspect the complete relevant package before editing. - Load every required Instruction Author module before editing. A complete track does not authorize inventing unknown key-ins, Annotation Scale behavior, or historical `$M(...)` semantics. - When a task concerns iNGs_Geo cooperation or an `ig_*` command used by MSet, load every module published by the `ings-geo-integration` track and its iNGs_Geo key-in reference before making MSet/iNGs_Geo-specific claims. If those Markdown resources cannot be retrieved, use the published `https://www.graphico.sk/mset/ai/64/ings-geo-bundle.txt` text/plain compatibility transport after release/version/integrity checks. Do not preload that optional track for unrelated MSet work. - The current MSet form `ig_preber` and the vendor-documented `ig_preberprvok` remain an explicit unresolved discrepancy; do not silently treat either as proof about the other. - When a task concerns Text/Text Node justification, DGN/vector reference operations, raster-reference operations, or the meaning/syntax of an MSet-relevant MicroStation key-in, use the exact current key-in reference evidence. If the complete validated Instruction Author bundle is already loaded, use its embedded `microstation-keyins.txt` source and do not require another fetch. Otherwise load the concrete `reference.keyins` text/plain transport and validate it against `reference.keyinsTransport`. Do not rely on generic model memory for those command semantics. - When a task depends on Point Cell versus Graphic Cell behavior, load `reference.microstationCells`; keep that host knowledge separate from domain catalogues that merely classify a cell as `B` or `G`. - When a task concerns STN013411/STN013411_plus symbology, load the complete `stn013411-symbology` track and its resource catalogue (or the validated text/plain STN bundle). A project-specific/JŽM/DTM/road resource contract overrides the shared set. - When a task materially concerns MicroStation Configuration, WorkSpace, WorkSet, project-environment `.cfg`, Standards/resource ownership or resolution, environment diagnostics, shared/network deployment, or V8i Project/PCF migration, load the complete on-demand `project-environment` track (or its validated text/plain bundle). Keep it out of unrelated instruction-authoring work; load Instruction Author additionally only when XML/package authoring is part of the task. - In the shared STN resource model, `L` means custom line style, `G` Graphic Cell and `B` Point Cell. A final underscore identifies the paired Point Cell resource name where both forms exist; do not reinterpret it as a different semantic map symbol. - For every Feature you author, perform the Semantic / Context Check from module 06. A Feature need not activate a new tool; its actual effect must match its caption, parent context and intentional state/tool assumptions. - Apply module 07 resource-contract discipline: never invent TextStyle/level/cell/custom-line-style names. A named resource must be known to exist or explicitly declared to be provisioned. If no TextStyle is known, prefer evidenced explicit text attributes/tool settings. - Apply module 08 canonical/shorthand policy: for new MSet 2026 authoring prefer a full canonical MicroStation command when its exact current form is established, but keep supported defined shorthands/assignments that are part of the host or MSet substitution contract. Historical prefix abbreviations remain compatibility/evidence forms; do not guess unknown expansions. For cells/terminators, prefer `place cell`, `place cell relative` and `place terminator` while preserving legacy source when merely analysing it. - Apply module 09 geometry evidence classification. Current GRAPHICO MicroStation 2026 evidence includes `place block rotated` and interactive `place cir`; `place cir edge` is a separately observed three-point/circumference variant. Other geometry commands retain their published evidence state. `place dialogtext above/below` is element-relative. - Deliver finished authoring as a downloadable `.xml` for one-file instructions or a structure-preserving `.zip` for multi-file packages. Before reporting completion, reopen/inspect the exact artifact that will be returned and verify that the requested change is present. - When the user supplies or re-supplies a task-specific file after the task is already established, treat the newest supplied revision as the current input and continue the same task unless the user changes the request or genuine ambiguity/conflict appears. Do not ask what to do merely because the file was uploaded again. - Apply module 10 presentation/utility contract: optional TextColor/BackgroundColor remain FormatVersion 2026.1 UI metadata; the runtime-verified `$ % "URL"` pattern may be used for explicit web utilities, normally on a dedicated links/tools Page. - Apply the v14 geometry preference: `place smartline` is the preferred general linework tool; `place lstring` is situational when LineString/exact element-type intent matters. TRANSPORT-BUNDLE SAFETY - The bundle does not replace the immutable manifest as the canonical release index; it exists to carry the exact required learning content through clients with restrictive URL-following behavior. - Accept a bundle for current Instruction Author work only when its releaseId and knowledgeVersion match the current root manifest, stable 64-bit manifest and bootstrap. - Do not mix bundle content from a different release or knowledge version. - Treat the bundle as COMPLETE only when `sourceCount`, `payloadUtf8Bytes`, `payloadSha256` and the terminal completion marker are present and self-consistent, and when the complete bundle SHA-256/UTF-8 byte length match `learningTracks.instruction-author.transportBundle.bundleSha256` / `.bundleUtf8Bytes` in the current 64-bit manifest. A missing terminal marker or integrity mismatch means INCOMPLETE. - If the bundle is incomplete, use the exact immutable `core` + `requiredPublishedModules` URLs when the client can fetch them; otherwise fail closed rather than learning from a partial transport. - For iNGs_Geo tasks, accept `ings-geo-bundle.txt` only when its releaseId/knowledgeVersion match current discovery and its source count, payload integrity, terminal marker, complete UTF-8 byte length and SHA-256 match `learningTracks.ings-geo-integration.transportBundle` in the current 64-bit manifest. If it is unavailable or incomplete and the individual Markdown sources cannot be fetched, fail closed. - When a task needs key-in reference evidence, first use the embedded key-in source already present in a complete validated current Instruction Author bundle. If that bundle was not loaded, use the concrete immutable text/plain transport published in `reference.keyins` and validate it against `reference.keyinsTransport`; `reference.keyinsSource` remains the byte-equivalent Markdown source. Do not fail merely because a second dynamically discovered URL cannot be opened when the validated bundle already contains the required reference. - For questions about the Bentley standard/default color table itself, use `reference.standardColorTable` (or its validated text/plain transport) rather than generic model memory. For project authoring, do not infer a universal name -> `co=` mapping: use an authoritative project/DGN mapping first, or obtain explicit confirmation that the standard/default table applies. For every emitted name -> `co=` conversion, perform a fresh explicit lookup and name/index/RGB cross-check, even in a follow-up; preserve the pending color intent through confirmation. Ambiguous shades still require confirmation and `BG` is not numeric index 255. - For Point/Graphic Cell behavior, accept `microstation-cells.txt` only when its release/version, UTF-8 byte length, SHA-256 and terminal marker match `reference.microstationCells.transport`. - For STN013411 tasks, accept `stn013411-bundle.txt` only when its releaseId/knowledgeVersion match current discovery and its source count, payload integrity, terminal marker, complete UTF-8 byte length and SHA-256 match `learningTracks.stn013411-symbology.transportBundle`. If it is unavailable/incomplete and the individual sources cannot be fetched, fail closed for exact STN/shared-resource claims. - For Project Environment tasks, accept `project-environment-bundle.txt` only when its releaseId/knowledgeVersion match current discovery and its source count, payload integrity, terminal marker, complete UTF-8 byte length and SHA-256 match `learningTracks.project-environment.transportBundle`. If it is unavailable/incomplete and the individual modules cannot be fetched, do not invent WorkSpace/WorkSet/MSet integration details from generic memory. AFTER LEARNING - Confirm briefly that the authoritative MSet 2026 / 64-bit material was loaded and report the CURRENT RELEASE and KNOWLEDGE VERSION you actually used. - If the user has not already supplied a concrete MSet task, ask what they want to do. When useful, offer these starting points: 1. Create a new MSet instruction. 2. Repair or modify an existing instruction. 3. Analyze an instruction or prepare a report/listing from it. 4. Troubleshoot a specific MSet problem. - Ask for the relevant XML/package, source document, error message or verified Standards resource contract when the selected task requires it.
